Sutton Foster, an actor as well as a singer and dancer, has appeared in eleven Broadway shows which include the latest production of Violet. She also portrayed the roles in Broadway as a singer, dancer and actor in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Young Frankenstein. Star Search at the tender age of 15, she has since appeared in Bunheads as well as Psych. Sutton Foster is a soloist who has performed in the US as well as overseas along with Michael Rafter. They have covered songs off her debut album "Wish", as well the follow-up CD An Evening with Sutton Foster Live At The Cafe Carlyle. Ball State University conferred her with an honorary PhD in 2011. In addition to being an advisor and professor within the Department of Theatre and Dance, she was also awarded the degree from Ball State University. From March to the present, she stars in TVLand's new series "Younger" created by Darren Star.
